Menus: Width
By default, menus size to accomodate the widest item.
But you can specify the width of the menu as either a pixel
width or a percentage.
The following menu's width is set to 90 pixels.
The next menu's width is set to 100% of the display width.
Next are two adjacent menus, each sized to 50% of the
display width.
